    • 1911 Etienne & Co was formed as an importer of plastic products for the automotive market
    • 1929 Etienne & Co renamed Stadium Ltd.
    • 1940 The company diversified into manufacturing and became a pioneer of early plastic injection moulding processes.
    • 1980 Acquired EDA Sparkrite, an electronics manufacturing business in the automotive sector.
    • 1985 Head Office moved to Hartlepool (UK) to service Black & Decker account.
    • 1991 Acquired Keland Electronics, an electronics manufacturing business in the transformer industry.
    • 1996 Stadium Group flotation on the London Stock Exchange and acquisition of Quest Consumer Products.
    • 1998 Acquired Beales Hunter plc which included Daren Electronics, a power supply manufacturing business. Daren renamed Stadium Power
    • 2000 Acquired Arlec Power International Ltd and its 10,000sqm manufacturing facilities in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Arlec renamed Stadium Asia.
    • 2002 Plastics business sold.
    • 2006 Acquired KRP Power Source Ltd, a specialist power supply distributor.
    • 2007 Acquired Ferrus Power Ltd, a custom power supply manufacturer.
    • 2008 Acquired Fox Industries Ltd, an EMC filter products manufacturer.
    • Acquired Zirkon Ltd, an EMS business.
    • 2010 Sale of Quest Consumer Products, the last remaining group plastics business sold as the company focuses growth on electronic manufacturing services and integrated technologies – power supplies and EMC filters.
    • 2011 Centenary year
    • 2012 Acquired IGT Industries Ltd, an interface and displays business.
    • 2014 Acquired United Wireless Ltd, an M2M wireless connectivity business.
